What is Digital Photography???

The method of taking pictures using data derived from reality to create an image using pixels. Images can be stored in a media device to transfer from one computer to the next, or to a kiosk at a photo lab where prints can be made at a glance. You have the advantage of saving time and money; your not wasting negatives or waiting for them to be developed, and printing at a photo lab is cheaper than printing them at home. You can review your pictures and delete the ones you dislike. Digital photography gives you the ability to manipulate color, contrast, brightness, or retouch your images in anyway you see fit. Digital photography is the next step in the evolution of picture taking. ☺
